Silent Auction using Group Dynamics Messenger system

 

Group Dynamics have been proud supporters of charities and fundraising events for more than 25 years.

Generating as much revenue as possible at these events is key, and with this in mind we have developed our market-leading Silent Auction software.

Each guest at the charity event receives a personalized RFID card or 'Smart Badge' which they use to make bids on the system. These cards are easy to use and cannot be accidentally left in a handset.

Lot details appear on projection or plasma screens as well as on each handset to allow guests to "follow the action".

 

  

How the system works

Throughout the auction, lot summary screens can be displayed showing the current bid and who is winning. These are updated automatically as new bids are placed.

Traditional silent auctions are often criticised for not generating enough ‘Auction Fever’ but with our system this is guaranteed!
