Smart Kiosks

What Does a Smart Kiosk Offer?

Our Smart Kiosks are stylish, sleek and easy to use. Our tablets and Smart Devices fit easily into these stands to create free-standing interactive information points for your delegates to encourage participation at your events.

When used with our Smart Badges, delegates simply touch into a Smart Kiosk to access personalised event information including:

  • Agendas
  • Break-out and seminar information
  • Interactive table plans
  • Transfers, flight times and other logistical information
  • Register attendance for CPD credits and to analyse attendance patterns.

The kiosks can also be used without Smart Badges. We have installed Smart Kiosks at events to enable delegates to vote on a variety of topics, view medical posters, fill out surveys and send messages via our Message Gateway.

There is much more our Smart Kiosks for rent have to offer and our expert team specialise in making your bespoke requirements a reality. We don’t consider our project a success unless your event is a success. Contact us about your event today.

Case Study

smart-kiosk-2This example illustrates just how smoothly and effectively the kiosks can be used to engage your delegates and enable them to participate in the meeting process.

A leading energy company held a seminar for its employees focusing on ways that their internal IT systems providers could improve their services. Various IT companies held stalls to update and inform staff members about their work. Six kiosk stands were conveniently placed next to the stalls. Employees were then able to use their own RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) security cards to swipe in at the kiosks.

Employees were encouraged to interact with as many stands as possible with the incentive of being automatically entered into a prize draw for each visit. The day proved highly successful and a total of 450 visits to the kiosks were made.

Case Study

kioskVoteGroup Dynamics provided Smart Kiosks for Newsworks – a marketing body responsible for newspapers and advertisers in Central London.

The touch screens were installed to allow attendees to vote during a drinks reception with presentations and videos following up on the voting session.

As part of the voting, guests were presented with a room complete with a series of hanging picture profiles and case study descriptions. Read more
