In February we exhibited at Confex 2015 at London Olympia. Confex is the longest standing event for the conference and event industry and was this year hosted alongside the Event Production Show.
Guest speakers included noted broadcaster Clare Balding who gave her unique insights into the world’s largest sporting events; as well as Gerald Ratner, entrepreneur and author of ‘The Rise and Fall… and Rise Again’.
A separate ‘Tech Gallery’ was created for event technology providers to show off their latest developments, and the Technology Theatre enabled more in-depth discussions.
Our exhibit included an interactive tablet wall as well as giant iPads and a 52″ Android tablet. Visitors could try out our Smart Kiosks, interactive seating plans and some examples of the paperless conference apps we’ve created for our clients.
We had some great discussions with our visitors about ideas for their upcoming events and we’ve arranged plenty of demos! Thanks to all who came along.

Expert Article: What Makes a Successful Exhibition Stand?
Trevor Nicholls, Director at Make It So Production Realisation gives us his thoughts.
“I believe a successful exhibition booth should give a clear message of what it wants to say, and a precise function of what it needs to be. These do sound rather obvious, but sometimes things can get a bit complicated and fussy for delegates.”
